Refund Policy
Last Updated: June 28, 2026
We want every engagement to be fair and transparent. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work across our prebuilt kits, sprints, and custom builds. If anything is unclear, talk to us first — we'd rather solve the problem than process a refund.
1. Prebuilt Kits
Prebuilt kits are productized, fixed-price foundations. Because work begins quickly after purchase, the following applies:
- Before work starts: you may cancel for a full refund if no configuration, branding, or setup work has begun.
- After work starts: refunds are prorated based on the work already completed and any third-party costs incurred.
- After delivery & handover: kits are non-refundable once the source code and accounts have been transferred to you.
2. Product Sprints & Retainers
Sprints and monthly retainers are billed for dedicated time and capacity. Unstarted sprints can be cancelled for a full refund. Once a sprint is underway, fees cover the time already allocated and are non-refundable, though unused scope can usually be rolled into a future sprint.
3. Custom Development
Custom builds are quoted and scoped individually, typically with milestone-based payments. Each milestone is payable on completion and is non-refundable once delivered and approved. Specific cancellation terms are set out in your project agreement.
4. What Is Not Refundable
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, licenses, API usage) already paid on your behalf.
- Work that has been delivered, approved, and handed over.
- Change requests or scope added after a milestone has been agreed.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email me@codewprince.com with your project or order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within one business day and to resolve eligible requests promptly.
